3) Possessive adjectives (Adjetivos posesivos)

Los adjetivos posesivos (possessive adjectives) en inglés, al igual que en español, describen a quién o a qué algo pertenece. Por ejemplo, cuando una persona dice my house (mi casa) con la palabra my esa persona indica que la casa le pertenece.  De este mismo modo, algo puede pertenecer a una cosa como cuando hablamos, por ejemplo, de Argentina y decimos its capital city is Bs. As.  (su capital es Bs. As.)

Existe una adjetivo posesivo por cada pronombre personal:
